This is an excellent liquid glue, but our experience is that it evaporates through the lid, and hence cannot be kept in stock due to the "shrinkage" that occurs on our shelves.

This is the "decal film" usually laid down on decal paper before any art is printed, and often applied as a "clear coat" or "sealer" after to protect the art from damage.
This is an excellent product for two purposes. It can be used to "clear coat" any decal before use, and to proactively strengthen any decal you think might "splinter" when dipped in water.
Personally, I "paint" it on with a soft, thick paint brush. Goes on like syrup... but go get a coffee, and by the time you get back it will have dried very, very thin. Two coats are more than enough to protect or repair a decal.
