This scheme is the initial West Coast Airlines scheme for the DC-9-10. West Coast, along with Pacific Airlines and Bonanza merged in 1968 to form AirWest, then after its purchase by Howard Hughes in 1970, was renamed Hughes Air West., then simply Hughes Airwest.
This decal will fit the Atlantis Models DC-9-10 kit. For those who remember Aurora Models from the 1960's and early 1970's, this is the same kit!
