This is the Aurora Models and Monogram kit from the 1960's and 70's, resurrected by Atlantis Models.

While the box art and instructions show Eastern Airlines, the decal sheet also includes everything needed for Trans World's 'Golden Globes' scheme. Unfortunately, however, the shade of red used for the stripes and titles looks to me to be a little too orange.
