British Airways, along with Eastern Airlines were the two first operators of teh Boeing 757-200.  Both chose the RB211-535C engine for their fleets, and while Eastern converted theirs to the later -535E engines, the British Airways fleet remained -535C powered throughout their British Airways service.  BA sold them to DHL, with whom they were converted to freighters.
