From the movie 'Airport', released in 1970.

While this aircraft did not appear in the movie (only a Boeing 707-320C did, see VFD144-288), it could have been part of the Trans Global fleet.
Interestingly, a Boeing 747-100 did appear on a poster in the background of a scene. This decal has been released as VFD144-289.
