This is the Aurora Models kit from the 1960's and 70's, resurrected by Atlantis Models with a nice decal from Cartograf.
While the box art and instructions show Hughes Airwest, the decal sheet also includes everything needed for Trans World's 'Golden Globes' scheme.
Resin PW JT8D engines are available by Contrails Models - search CM72-DC9-E to find them.
