STS44-374 was printed with gold ink, while the original BOAC 747 scheme featured gold foil for the 'Speedbird', 'BOAC' titles on the engine cowls, and registration letters on the blue stripe at the rear of the fuselage. 26Decals provided the artwork, thus ensuring that the decals provided here are an exact match in size and shape, and can be applied directly over the original 26 decal.

This decal is designed to be used with the 26 Decals BOAC 747-436 decal STS44-328.
