This is the scheme worn on the America West 757 fleet between 1996 and 2006. In late 2006 America West bought US Airways and merged the two airlines under the US Airways name. All were powered by the RR RB211-535E engine.

Only 7 of the 14 airframes in the fleet wore this scheme, the rest were painted in a variety of special schemes that commemorated the employees (Teamwork and Teamwork Coast to Coast), states (Arizona, Nevada, Ohio), and Arizona sports teams (Arizona Cardinals, Arizona Diamondbacks, Phoenix Suns).
