These are the schemes worn by the Northwest Orient 757-200 fleet from first delivery until the 'Bowling Shoe' livery was introduced.

There were many variations to the scheme, ranging from titles worn, their size and placement, and various extra logos added. We've captured all we could identify from many photo sources, including airliners.net, and the Northwest Airlines History center site (https://northwestairlineshistory.org/aircraft-boeing-757-200/). When Northwest bought Republic Airlines, the fleet of six ex RC 757-200s briefly joined the NW fleet, with three fully painted. These RR RB211-535E powered airframes did not mesh well with the Northwest fleet of PW4000 powered fleet, and were quickly sold (to America West).

You can also add a set of inspar decals. Given that the fleet was 'factory fresh' in this scheme, we recommend A4-G21.
