This decal is designed to fit the CRM Boeing 727-100 and 727-200 kits. It allows for one model to be completed.

Braniff operated the 727-27, -27C and 5 early delivery 727-227 in this scheme.

There were two distinct versions carried by the short bodied -27 and -27C. The early version featured the early color palette, a white rudder and black outline cabin doors. The later version featured a revised color palette, bare metal rudder and rear fuselage, and doors outlines in black and white.

Braniff's first three 'new' 727-227s were delivered in later version of this scheme - red (N401BN), orange (N402BN) and medium blue (N403BN). Two second hand -2B7s were also delivered in medium blue (N404BN and N405BN).

This decal was designed by J. Heilig and screen printed in Italy by Cartograf.
