This decal is designed to fit the CRM Boeing 727-100 and 727-200 kits. It allows for one model to be completed.

Delta operated 8 series 95s acquired with the merger with Northeast Airlines, and a total of 176 different series 200 and 200ADV as new purchases from Boeing, from the Northeast Airlines and Western Airlines mergers, and from second hand purchases. According to Delta's historical site, at the peak Delta operated 129 airframes.

Within the 'widget' scheme, there are two distinct livery variations - the earlier white nose, and the later black nose. Further, Delta took delivery of the 1,000th 727 built, the airframe wore a marking proclaiming such. In 1976, the fleet carried a modified widget for the bicentennial. The 1996 Olympics were held in Atlanta, and as Delta was the 'official' airline an additional logo was added. Finally, Delta set up a shuttle service linking Boston, New York and Washington DC, for which at least 16 series 200s wore Delta Shuttle titles. All of these variations can be modelled using this decal.
